哈达谷喜马拉雅高原森林甜蜜，与哈达谷苦味蜜一样，选取海拔2500米至3000米的森林蜜源。
这一区域地处喜马拉雅山脉东南麓的高山峡谷，植被茂密，空气流通度大，日温差大，年温差小，四季花开不断，蜂群生存环境较好，蜜源丰富。
蜂巢由哈达谷签约的高山养蜂人管理，保障蜂蜜品质如一。每年采蜜一次，每次采集蜂巢中30%左右的蜂蜜， 确保蜜蜂能够安全越冬。
所有蜂蜜，是在第一时间取出的新鲜蜂蜜中自然分离过滤的干净蜂蜜，没有经过任何的加热和加工过程，确保蜂蜜中的活性物质完整而丰满。
Special grade Hada Valley highland forest honey is harvested from forests ranging in altitude from 2500 meters to 3000 meters. Much of this altitude range consists of thickly forested Himalaya mountain gorges with high air flow, wide daily temperature shifts, consistent year-round climates and plentiful flowers in every season. It is an optimal environment for bee hives, and they produce rich honey.
Most of the hives in this area are maintained by bee farmers who cooperate with Hada Valley. We only collect the honey once every year, each time around 30% of the productivity of Himalayan bees to ensure that the bees can survive the colder months.
This altitude range produces great quantities of honey, and special grade consists of fresh, clean honey that has been naturally separated from the rest. It is packaged by hand immediately after harvest, with no heating whatsoever. Unique full procedure cold processing without any heating techniques, keeping the natural activity of the Himalayan forest honey.
